I am a researcher with interests in artificial intelligence, all things atomic and an interest in science fiction. I am researching chatbots and robots as part of my PhD which takes on board both graphic design and critical design methods to investigate social interaction and affect. Within the doctoral project I am reviewing what is usually described as personal space and what that means in terms of interaction in post-humanity. All this sits between my lecturing, that is weighty in both pleasure and time. I currently live and work in London.
